You are invited to the Recorder Rendezvous on September 30!
In collaboration with the Montreal Recorder Society, Flûte Alors! presents a day for adult recorder players of all levels. Spend the day with the four members of Flûte Alors! and discover the many sounds and expressive possibilities offered by this wonderful instrument.
On the schedule: interpretation workshops, sight reading workshops, an introduction to beginning recorder, and a teleconference with special guest Sarah Jeffery of Team Recorder entitled "Be the best recorder player you can be! Getting the most from your practice time." The event culminates in a concert by Flûte Alors! in which the participants will also be invited to play!

Can't decide which group to join? Want to experience playing with two different musical directors? Harmonia and en Suite are not on the same evening, and neither are en Suite and La Follia. As always, Flutissimo is on Tuesday evenings, so there are no conflicts with the other practice groups. See the calendar for more details.
Come join us to play the recorder! The sightreadings have been organized, music is being photocopied, our musical directors are excited about the upcoming season...whether you'd like to start playing or are quite experienced, the Montreal Recorder Society is looking forward to having you join.
