Flutissimo will give a concert entitled "La Flûte en tous ses états" on June 10 in Léry at 2 PM. Sophie Larivière will conduct and Matthias Maute will play in his own composition for solo recorder and recorder orchestra.
Marie-Laurence Primeau of Flûte Alors! will direct the next sightreading session at 7 PM at the EMVI.
May 3 at 7 PM is Members' Night, where everyone is invited to conduct. Bring your own music and arrangements if you like, or conduct music by anyone else. A great opportunity to hear what your work sounds like when performed live, or to experience life from the other side of the podium. If you don't have anything to present, come along to play some of the newest music around.
The practice group La Follia and the quartet Sempre Cantabile will present the next Sons et Brioches concert on Sunday, April 15 at 11 AM. This free concert is open to everyone.
